Technical Sales Manager D/A/CH (m/f/d)
For the distribution of heat exchangers for the countries: Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Expansion and support of a first-class portfolio of existing customers
- Acquisition of new customers in the sales area
- Development of new market leads
- Conducting negotiations with new and existing customers
- Competent and customer-oriented technical advice on our products
- Preparation of technical offers
- Definition and analysis of relevant target industries as well as market and competition analyses
- Accompaniment and support of product launches in new markets
- Participation in the design and further development of strategic principles, concepts, and methods of distribution
- Conducting customer training
YOUR PROFILE:
- Successfully completed training in the commercial or technical field, or further training in the technical field
- Several years of experience in technical sales
- Fluent German and English
- Knowledge in the use of CRM systems
- Experience with OEM business
- Passion for sales and distribution
- Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills as well as a high level of self-motivation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a winning demeanor
- Sales skills and closing power
- Technical affinity and ability to explain technical products
