The F-ERV 529 is the best solution for larger air volumes and maximum efficiency. Equipped with our revolutionary formable polymer membrane technology, the F-ERV 529 combines the benefits of an enthalpy exchanger with the flexibility and efficiency of a heat exchanger.
It is capable of transferring moisture while being significantly lighter than other exchangers of its size. It is also characterized by its quality and long life.
With its aluminum housing, the F-ERV 529 is also UL certified.
To comply with specific fire behaviour requirements, the F-ERV 529 is equipped with fire protection grids as standard.

Award-winning innovation
In 2025, the F-ERV 529 with formable membrane technology was distinguished alongside other models of the F-series with the PLUS X AWARD.
The award was given by an international jury of experts for outstanding innovation, quality, ease of use, functionality and ecology.
In addition, we were also honored as top brand of the year in energy recovery.

Generally, an enthalpy exchanger (ERV) fulfills the same function as a heat exchanger (HRV). It transfers the heat from the extract air to the supply air, or vice versa. But enthalpy exchangers also transfer energy from moisture thanks to their integrated, moisture-permeable polymer membrane.

All technical performance data for CORE enthalpy and heat exchangers is determined through precise laboratory testing in accordance with applicable standards such as EN 308. The values reflect realistic and reproducible operating conditions and provide a reliable basis for system design and product selection.
Our enthalpy and heat exchangers are easy to clean and disinfect.

CORE enthalpy and heat exchangers are designed for long-term operation and durability. Under normal operating conditions and with proper ventilation system maintenance, such as regular filter replacement and heat exchanger cleaning, the lifetime of a CORE enthalpy or heat exchanger can be up to 10 years or longer.
Yes. As a company, association, public institution or research institution you can order a sample and test the product using the contact form on this page.
Depending on the product type, the minimum order value for ventilation unit manufacturers is usually one pallet.
Yes. CORE provides ventilation unit manufacturers with technical data, documentation, and expertise to help them obtain certification and approval.
As we only sell our enthalpy and heat exchangers as components for ventilation units to ventilation unit manufacturers, we are unfortunately unable to do this. Please contact your ventilation unit manufacturer for the necessary support and spare parts. You can also order spare parts from retailers.

Under certain conditions, like low outdoor air temperature and a high humidity level of the extract air, condensation can occur. Therefor proper condensate management is recommended. Controlled flow rate and temperature ranges can keep the operation of the corresponding ventilation unit condensate free in a wide range.
CORE enthalpy and heat exchangers are made primarily of recyclable polymer materials. At the end of their service life, they can be disposed of according to local plastic or aluminum recycling regulations. We recommend contacting local waste management or recycling companies to ensure proper and environmentally responsible disposal.
