The formable membrane of the F-ERV 366 enhances heat and humidity transfer, resulting in improved overall efficiency.

Next to more design and customization options this lightweight enthalpy exchanger offers sustainability without compromise. Because less material and shorter production steps contribute to an improvement in environmental conditions.

Moreover, the F-ERV 366 is UL certified.

It is equipped with condensation drain holes as standard. Defined points on the outer casing of the heat exchanger ensure controlled drainage of condensate, so that it is reliably directed into the condensate collection tank of the ventilation unit.

In aluminum housing

The aluminum housing gives our heat exchangers high stability and durability. In addition, this robust housing is non-inflammable.

It is a possible precondition for meeting the requirements of UL certification.

With ribs

Two ribs on opposite sides of the heat exchanger enable it to be guided into a groove, making installation and removal easy.

They also provide even better sealing for our heat exchangers.

With fire protection grids

To comply with specific fire behaviour requirements, our heat exchangers can be equipped with fire protection grids.

This enables them to meet the requirements of the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt), for example, and achieve fire behavior class E in accordance with EN 13501.

    Generally, an enthalpy exchanger (ERV) fulfills the same function as a heat exchanger (HRV). It transfers the heat from the extract air to the supply air, or vice versa. But enthalpy exchangers also transfer energy from moisture thanks to their integrated, moisture-permeable polymer membrane.

    CORE enthalpy and heat exchangers are designed for long-term operation and durability. Under normal operating conditions and with proper ventilation system maintenance, such as regular filter replacement and heat exchanger cleaning, the lifetime of a CORE enthalpy or heat exchanger can be up to 10 years or longer.

    Depending on the product type, the minimum order value for ventilation unit manufacturers is usually one pallet.

    Yes. CORE provides ventilation unit manufacturers with technical data, documentation, and expertise to help them obtain certification and approval.

    As we only sell our enthalpy and heat exchangers as components for ventilation units to ventilation unit manufacturers, we are unfortunately unable to do this.     Under certain conditions, like low outdoor air temperature and a high humidity level of the extract air, condensation can occur. Therefor proper condensate management is recommended. Controlled flow rate and temperature ranges can keep the operation of the corresponding ventilation unit condensate free in a wide range.

    CORE enthalpy and heat exchangers are made primarily of recyclable polymer materials. At the end of their service life, they can be disposed of according to local plastic or aluminum recycling regulations. We recommend contacting local waste management or recycling companies to ensure proper and environmentally responsible disposal.
